Caju (cashew fruit) - cashew nuts come from that grayish thing at the end. This is an interesting fruit/pseudo-fruit case -- the nuts came from the real fruit, which is not edible. The part that is edible (and we at them while in Brazil) is called the pseudo-fruit. Wikipedia has details on cashew.
